At the charming chalet hotel Neige et Roc we invite you to try our gourmet restaurant in Samoëns. We serve home-made dishes combining traditional cuisine with modern gastronomy, and offer a menu updated regularly according to the season, showcasing various regional products. The cuisine is varied and refined, a delight to your palate.

Those with a taste for fish of alpine lakes will be enchanted by the selection of perch, trout, Arctic char and crayfish.

For cheese enthusiasts, Savoyard specialities such as fondue should fit the bill. And in the summer we host a weekly barbecue in an alpine chalet.

We also propose vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free meals (gluten free breds are available for breakfast and dinner).

Olivier has created a wide and varied wine list. You can go to him for advice on the best wine for your chosen dish.

Menu spécial pour les fêtes

Special menu for Christmas Eve (December, 24th) and for New Year's Eve (December, 31st). Those menus will be set mid-december.
