With your phone and the free “Geocaching” application, you will go in search of hidden treasures (geocaches) and discover the riches of the village of Samoëns, its secret places and its magnificent landscapes.

As soon as you arrive in Samoëns, pick up your roadmap at the Tourist Office and explore the village and its secrets throughout your stay. Open to all, this fun and cultural adventure will delight the whole family.
You will have several days to fulfill your mission (the roadmap) by setting off to discover the secrets of the village of Samoëns. But beware, this treasure hunt ends on Friday noon, so don’t hang around! So ready? Go!
Every Wednesday afternoon, come and have fun with your family in the center of the village of Samoëns. Between wooden games, manual activities, radio-controlled cars, video games and more, the pedestrian streets of the village of the Alps will thrill the whole family. Take advantage of this beautiful moment to meet you all, for a fun and festive moment. A time of celebration to share with those who make your stay an unforgettable break in your daily life.
Discover the historical and architectural heritage of the village of Samoëns. Accompanied by our local guide, this visit will be commented and filled with anecdotes of all kinds, enough to (re) discover Samoëns from a new perspective.
You will learn there, through a fountain, a church, passing by La Grenette and the Château de la Tour, the life of the old town and its evolution over time. In Samoëns, history and architecture combine with the culture of its famous master masons. Thus, behind each stone hides a little history of the village and the secrets of its evolution into a vacation spot, summer and winter.
Local products are in the spotlight on Wednesdays in Samoëns on the market square (aptly named). Find butchers, cheese makers, fishmongers, pork butchers, greengrocers and bakers, and discover the culinary richness of the Haute-Savoie Alps. All the producers come together to offer you the best of the products of our region.
The village, which hosts one of the largest markets in Haute-Savoie, stretches out during school holidays to offer you clothing, crafts and regional specialties. A nice overview of what Samoëns and its surroundings have to offer you, both local and artisanal.
