On sunny days, when the snow has melted, Samoëns becomes a bike land. Here, the Joux-Plane pass, at an altitude of 1,700 meters, is the reference point (or even the hiding place) for experienced cyclists who wish to add a legendary pass to their list. Crossed many times by the runners of the Tour de France, his ascent from Samoëns allows to walk a wonderful balcony open on the valley and the Mont-Blanc massif.

With its 400 km of trails and 28 tracks freeride and single track, less trained calf cyclists will also find in Samoëns something to enjoy. The village has also obtained the national label “Accueil vélo” which guarantees a welcome and quality services along cycle roads.
