A touch of adventure, a healthy dose of fun and a chance to push your limits, all in an idyllic setting. If you're looking for thrills and chills, the canyons of Haute-Savoie are sure to please. Jump, slide, swim!

But what a kick! In short, anyone can do it, provided they're well supervised. In these mineral settings, nature has alternated the gentle chiseling of the waters with the devastating violence of the rocks swept up by the floods, to create surprising shapes that arouse unceasing admiration. Depending on the objective, the canyons on offer range from aquatic strolls to the most dazzling options, with a non-stop succession of jumps, slides and abseils.

Generally speaking, we're going to:
BALME (Les Carroz) :
Length of descent: 2h30 / 3h.
Features: fun, abseiling down waterfalls (25m max.), jumps and natural slides.

NYON (Morzine):
Duration of descent: 2h30 / 3h.
Features: sporty canyon, starting with a 45m abseil below a footbridge, then a succession of waterfalls with 7 abseils, one of which is 22m long and ends in a beautiful pool (several jumps: max. 4m).

Le CLEVIEUX (Samoëns):
Duration of descent: 1h30 / 3h
Features: mainly abseiling down waterfalls (max. 11m). Committed canyon, no escape route

Le GIFFRE (Mieussy):
Features: very aquatic, with a consistently high flow, challenging canyon. Some jumps, but mainly swimming.
