Abhyanga" Ayurvedic massage:
This ancient Indian massage uses warm sesame oil to massage the whole body. Its aim is to restore both physical and mental balance.

Sports massage :
Sports massage can be either toning or relaxing, with relatively strong pressure.
It can also be accompanied by passive stretching (the protocol will be established according to your needs).
It is generally used to optimize sports preparation and recovery.

Traditional Thai massage:
Sometimes dubbed "yoga for the lazy", this massage is given on a futon on the floor.
Dressed casually, you're treated to a series of body stretches, accompanied by pressure applied to the rhythm of your breathing. It helps release muscular tension and restores suppleness and mobility. Duration 70min 70€ 90min 90€

Prenatal massage:
This massage is designed for mothers-to-be from the 4th month of pregnancy. Based on warm sweet almond oil, it helps to relieve accumulated tension all over the body, reactivate circulation, particularly in the legs, and rehydrate the skin to promote the well-being of both mother and baby-to-be.

Customized massage:
For a massage tailored to your current mood, I suggest you choose the area(s) you wish to relax.

Ayurvedic Shirodhara treatment :
Shirodhara treatment takes its name from the Sanskrit "shiro" (head) and "dhara" (circulation).
This Ayurvedic treatment involves dripping a stream of hot oil onto the forehead. The session begins with a massage of the shoulders, head and face, followed by the flow of oil. This treatment lasts approximately 70 min, 90€.
It can be added to an Ayurvedic body massage.

Duo massage:
A duo massage means sharing a moment of well-being and complicity with a loved one. This could be your spouse, your friend, your relative, or any other person with whom you'd like to share an experience of relaxation and well-being.
