The 5th edition of the Rencontres Bien-être à Samoëns will give you the chance to enjoy a moment of relaxation and well-being, with a host of professionals from the Giffre Valley on hand to offer relaxation and help you unwind.

For this, the mountains are your best ally, and Samoëns, a charming semi-pedestrian village resort in the heart of the Giffre Valley, promises a complete change of scenery and rejuvenation in the idyllic setting of the Alps.
What's more, the Terres de bien être association is organizing an event from September 22 to 24, entitled "Les rencontres bien être automnales", featuring aromatherapy, forest bathing, wild plant picking, etiomedicine, creative journaling, kinesiology, massage, reflexology, meditation, afghan walking, naturopathy, pilates, qi qong, reikiology, mindfulness relaxation, sophrology, yoga (Hatha, vinyasa, facial), and many other surprises...
