Discovery trail :
Available from April to October, this 2-hour course offers great thrills in a breathtaking setting and is appreciated by sports enthusiasts as well as families and novices wanting to discover nature and the rapids of the Giffre between Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval and Samoëns.

Sports trail:
The Haut Giffre course is only available in spring and early summer, when the flow of the Giffre is high due to melting snow. It's a section of the river that requires a good level of physical fitness, but also offers real alpine rafting thrills.

All equipment is provided, so all you need is..:

- A bathing suit
- A pair of sneakers that can get wet
