At Tiffanie, we favor a local, responsible approach by working with producers in the Giffre valley. Our cheeses, meats, charcuterie and flours come mainly from the region, guaranteeing quality and support for local artisans.
To reduce our impact, we encourage our customers to bring their own containers in exchange for a discount on canned pastries and cookies. In the laboratory and in store, waste sorting is a priority, and we limit wastage with a range of products from the day before at -50%.
