Nice studio with balcony located in Samoëns 1600, on the Saix plateau. Departure on skis from the residence in winter and hiking, mountain biking, paragliding departure in summer

Studio ideal for 2 adults+2 children

Bright 20m2 studio in the ARVE ET GIFFRE residence, with balcony offering breathtaking views of the mountains and slopes.
- Entrance with bunk beds (60x190cm) that can accommodate 2 children and be separated from the main room by a door.
(Size of comforters: 140x200).
- Main room with sofa bed (140x190cm) for 2 people (comforter size: 220x240).
- Fully equipped kitchen with small fridge, hob, kettle, filter coffee maker, microwave, small oven, toaster. Fondue and raclette appliances available.
- Bathroom with bathtub. Toilet in bathroom. Hairdryer available.
Basic equipment provided in the apartment: toilet paper, washing-up liquid, garbage can liners, sponges, tea towels, shower gel, shampoo and household products.

OTHER INFORMATION:
- Independent arrival and departure (key box), arrival from 3 pm / departure no later than 11 am
- Cleaning not included and to be done before your departure to leave the apartment in the condition in which you found it (vacuum cleaner, mop, dishes done, garbage changed and taken out).
- No smoking and no pets allowed.
- Bed linen and towels are NOT provided.
- No supermarket or grocery store in Samoens 1600. Samoens village can be reached in 10/15 minutes by car.
- Snack bars and restaurants open in season (winter and July/August).
- Club Med Samoens Grand Massif is 200m away, where you can spend the day or take advantage of the spa (extra charge - contact them if necessary).

An underground PARKING SPACE is included in the rental price (in winter).
Ski locker
At the foot of the residence: ski rental stores, restaurants, snack bars (in season).
