How to reach the tourist office?
All year round daily between 3 pm and 12 pm.
According to Tourist Office opening times.
One price: 30 € (Price for one box only. Deposit cheque of €500 + Copy of ID to be provided).
The game kit can be collected from 3pm at the Samoëns Tourist Office, and must be returned by noon the following day, at the latest.
Late returns will incur a €60 penalty.
The deposit will be refunded on return of the box, provided it has not been damaged.

Unlike an Escape Game, where the aim is to escape from a closed room, an Inscape Game invites you to progress step by step towards the heart of the box, to reveal what it's hiding.
Put your team spirit and logic to the test as you try to unravel the mysteries of Lucia, an enigmatic young girl who will guide you throughout your adventure.
Turn your living room into a playground and immerse yourself in an evening or afternoon full of enigmas. With friends or family, use your ingenuity to solve the challenges in this box that conceals much more than meets the eye. Throughout your quest, a dedicated application will accompany you, guide you and validate your answers.
For total immersion, you'll be provided with a complete game master's kit, allowing you to live the experience on your own right up to the end of the story.
IMPORTANT:
- You need a smartphone with an internet connection to follow the game on the WebApp.
- There's no countdown timer.
- On average, players take around 1h30 to reach the end of LUCIA'S VILLAGE, and 45min for LUCIA'S GRIMOIRE.
- Puzzles mainly designed for teenagers and adults. The game can be difficult for children.

The Lucia box must be collected from the Tourist Office between 3pm and 6pm and returned to the Tourist Office by 12pm the following day.

Please note that Wednesday morning is market day in front of the office, so you won't be able to park on the market square from Tuesday evening to Wednesday at 1pm.
During the winter season, the yellow line ski bus shuttle serves the tourist office, free of charge.
