Winegrowers present:

Domaine de Cambis - Languedoc
Hérault (Occitanie)
In 2002, the Perolari family took over this Languedoc estate and undertook a complete restructuring of the vineyard. Two years later, they signed their first cuvées outside the cooperative. In 2019, son Martin takes over and continues the transition to environmentally-friendly viticulture. Today, the estate's 17 hectares, in organic conversion since 2018, produce sincere, expressive wines that reflect their Mediterranean terroir.

Domaine de Comelade - Roussillon
Agly Valley, Pyrénées-Orientales (Occitanie)
Settled for five generations at the foot of the Cathar lands of Quéribus, Lionel Comelade continues the family history in the Agly valley, where Estagel is the capital. His 35-hectare vineyard, planted on soils of black schist, red clay and white limestone scree, produces wines with a strong identity, reflecting the full richness of this Roussillon terroir.

Domaine Vallier - Savoie
Ayse - Coteau sud du Môle (Haute-Savoie, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes)
In 2018, Adrien Vallier took over a small vineyard of 30 ares, ideally exposed on the southern slope of Môle, in Savoie. His unique cuvée, Trasa, comes from a steeply sloping terroir of red molasses and stands out for its precision and authenticity. Advised by his friend Vincent Dureuil, of the famous Burgundy domaine Dureuil-Janthial, Adrien is already winning over mountain wine enthusiasts with the purity and rarity of his production.

Domaines Grand Tinel & Saint Paul - Southern Rhône Valley
Châteauneuf-du-Pape (Vaucluse, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur)
Spread over nearly 90 hectares in the heart of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, these two historic estates embody the heritage of the Jeune and Establet families since the XVIIIᵉ century. Between La Gardiole and Pied Redon, the vines, some over a hundred years old, plunge their roots into varied soils that give rise to elegant, powerful wines. Certified High Environmental Value, and organic for Domaine Saint Paul since 2012, they combine respect for tradition with the pursuit of excellence to reveal all the beauty of the Rhone terroir.

Domaine de la Folie - Burgundy
Rully, Côte Chalonnaise (Saône-et-Loire, Burgundy-Franche-Comté)
Located in Chagny, north of the Côte Chalonnaise, Domaine de la Folie covers 13 hectares, including the prestigious Rully 1er Cru Clos Saint-Jacques. Its wines elegantly express the finesse of the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varieties, the character of each vintage and the freshness that is the true signature of this emblematic Rully estate.

Coteaux des Girondales - Savoie
Villaz, near Annecy (Haute-Savoie, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes)
Francis Rousset has taken over Coteaux des Girondales in Villaz, on the outskirts of Annecy, to produce fine Haute-Savoie wines. He organically cultivates local and original grape varieties: Jacquère, Roussanne, Gamaret and Mondeuse. His wines are a concentrate of freshness and fruit, perfect for discovering the full expressivity of the Savoyard terroir.

Cave des Bouquetins - Valais (Switzerland)
Founded in 1991 by brothers Marc and Henry Wuilloud, mountain guides and heirs to a long winemaking tradition, Cave des Bouquetins embodies the spirit of the Alpine peaks. Since 2008, Romain Wuilloud has been continuing the family adventure alone on 4 hectares of vines, after ten years working as a duo with his sister Isaline. The winery's wines express the character of Valais terroirs through emblematic grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Syrah and Diolinoir. True to his passion for the mountains, Romain even offers unique experiences such as heliski-tasting, where the adrenalin of the Alpine slopes mingles with the discovery of his wines.

Champagne Pierre Legras - Champagne
Chouilly, Grand Cru, Côte des Blancs (Marne, Eastern France)
Based in Chouilly, a Grand Cru in the Côte des Blancs region, the Pierre Legras Champagne House has perpetuated eleven generations of expertise. A specialist in Chardonnay, emblematic of this exceptional terroir, the house produces cuvées of expressive elegance and freshness, a true reflection of the house style and the finesse of great terroir champagnes.

Champagne Jamart - Champagne
Venteuil, Marne Valley (Marne, Eastern France)
Located in Venteuil in the Marne Valley, Jamart produces fresh, fruity champagnes that are perfect as aperitifs. Its signature cuvée boasts a straw-yellow hue, fine bubbles and a nose combining vanilla compote, fleshy fruit and lime blossom. On the palate, it's delicious and elegant, finishing on a sweet note of milk toffee, offering a moment of conviviality and indulgence.
