"The 5 senses in 3 times" is a workshop to discover your 5 senses, offered in several stages by Roxane, massage practitioner, and Mathias, mountain guide and naturalist.
The workshop begins with the learning of a Japanese energizing self-massage (DO-ING), then it is an instinctive walk that will take you to discover the flavors of wild and culinary plants, which Roxane and Mathias will even make you taste during a little break in the middle of nature!
