Samoëns offers you the chance to immerse yourself in American culture, with country dancing, concerts, equestrian and mechanical shows, a US market, civilian and military vehicle rallies and a sports centre.
For 4 days, immerse yourself in the American atmosphere with :

Complemented by DJ country music balls throughout the centre of Samoëns.
COUNTRY DANCE TRAINING given by talented choreographers:
- Niels Poulsen and Jean-Pierre Madge for the Country & New Line style
- Vanesa Barambio for the Catalan style
These are 1h30 to 2h workshops, for which there is a charge (from 8€ for one lesson to 40€ for the complete package), and where you need to have at least one year's experience of country dancing. To register for a course, click on the "BOOKING" button.
If you're a beginner, you can try your hand at country dancing during free lessons, with no registration required.
A RIDING POLE with impressive horse shows, a Barrel Racing competition, the mechanical bull, a Far-West village and pony rides.
A MECHANICAL POLE where you can see shows, motorbikes, American cars and a US military camp from the 2nd World War.
- This year, the 74th Company is hosting an exceptional gathering of civilian and military WLA-WLC and Indian motorbikes!
Don't miss: the SAF PARADE, where American cars and motorbikes, military vehicles from the 74th Company, and horses parade through the village centre.
- Leaving from the Tourist Office car park at 6.30pm on Saturday.
A US MARKET on Avenue des Glaciers and Avenue Cognacq-Jay, where you'll find a host of exhibitors selling all kinds of American products, including clothing (hats, santiags, belts, T-shirts, scarves, etc.), decorative items (vintage plaques, flags, etc.), jewellery, American music (albums, newspaper stands, posters, etc.), and rockabilly and Native American items.
There's something for everyone!
New this year is a SPORTS POLE dedicated to promoting American sport and urban culture, with introductory sessions and demonstrations of hockey, basketball, skateboarding, graffiti, baseball etc. in a chill atmosphere on the banks of Lac aux Dames.
- Take part in the 3x3 basketball tournament on Sunday from 9am at the Bois-aux-Dames sports centre. You can register by clicking on "BOOKING".
FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE :
A free shuttle service will run between the Grand Massif Express car park, the Village centre and the Bois aux Dames area.
- Saturday: 10.30am - 12.30pm / 3pm - 7pm
- Sunday: 10.30am - 12.30pm / 3pm - 6.30pm
- Rotation every 30 minutes.
Finally, because it's important to fill up on energy, you'll find the following throughout the Festival: FOOD and DRINKS!
