A main farm and two gites. Up to 28 beds.

300 m² - A main farm (sleeps 6-14) and two independent gites, 10 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms, 5 toilets.
The farm can be rented with an option of 3, 4 and 6 bedrooms, including a dormitory for 3-4 people, all the bedrooms are equipped with a 160x200 bed or twin beds. It can accommodate extra beds for children.
In the living room a convertible sofa of 160 by 200 provides an additional quality bed for 2 adults. An alcove is equipped with a 140 x 200 BZ sofa. The privacy of the beds in the sofa beds is guaranteed by screens.
A very large kitchen-dining room is a pleasant living room around a magnificent wood-burning stove, and will be able to accommodate all the guests of the three houses.
The small house has 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom for 2 adults in 1 large 160 x 200 bed and 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 bed and 2 trundle beds for adults. In the living room, 1 quality sofa bed offers 2 additional beds. It is equipped with a wood stove providing the main heating, an insert fireplace and a gas stove, dishwasher, freezer, radiators in the bedrooms.
The shed consists of a large bedroom on the mezzanine with 2 90 cm beds and an alcove with a 90 cm bed for young people, a living room with a 160x200 sofa bed, a kitchen dining room for 5 people.
Additional beds for children possible (cots and mattresses).
Optional: a large room on the 1st floor of the farm: birthdays, seminars, cousinades, weddings (the chapel of Chantemerle is accessible with the authorization of the parish priest of Samoens).
